POTENTIAL STUDENTS AND TEACHERS PARTICIPATING IN THE FOUNDATION’S PROGRAMS, CAMPAIGNS AND ACTIVITIES

a) To inform about the programs and activities organized by the Foundation, as well as following up on the processes of selection and admissions in said programs, campaigns or activities.

b) To send information about the Foundation’s latest news even when participation in the programs, campaigns or activities organized by the Foundation has not been formalized.

STUDENTS AND TEACHERS PARTICIPATING IN THE FOUNDATION’S PROGRAMS, CAMPAIGNS AND ACTIVITIES

a) To manage the applications for admission and participation, as well as the control and administrative management, management of all paperwork, the attention, evaluation and follow-up on students and teachers in the different phases of the Foundation’s programs, campaigns and activities.

b) Management of special needs (food, healthcare, etc.) of the students and teachers in the implementation of the programs, campaigns and activities which they take part in.

c) To carry out satisfaction surveys.

d) Publication of pictures of the students taken at different acts and events and/or their names and family names on the website, in reports, yearbooks, blogs and/or magazines of the Foundation, as well as in commemorative books, elaboration of pedagogical material, or any other use within the context of the programs, campaigns and activities organized by the Foundation and obtained and disseminated by the media, with informative or advertising purposes as long as said dissemination neither involves nor could imply undermining their honor or reputation nor could it be contrary to their interests nor illegitimate intrusion into the student’s intimacy or reputation.

FAMILIES OF STUDENTS PARTICIPATING IN THE FOUNDATION’S PROGRAMS, CAMPAIGNS AND ACTIVITIES

a) To inform about the paperwork related to the programs and activities organized by the Foundation, in which their involvement is required.

b) To send information about the Foundation’s latest news even when participation in the programs, campaigns or activities organized by the Foundation has not been formalized.

COLLABORATORS, VOLUNTEERS, ALUMNI AND EXTERNAL COORDINATORS PARTICIPATING IN THE FOUNDATION’S PROGRAMS, CAMPAIGNS AND ACTIVITIES

2. In the specific case of members, to banks and savings banks for the direct debiting of the corresponding membership dues, as long as the “Direct Debiting” section has been filled in.

3. To Colegio San Patricio, as long as they give their consent.

FUNDACIÓN SAN PATRICIO makes use of G Suite for Nonprofit, so data can be processed, transmitted and stored on Google’s servers.
Google has Addenda adapted to the GDPR which it signs with its customers in order to regulate the relationship. The Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD) considers that the contractual guarantees offered by Google for international data transfers to the United States are appropriate (File nº: TI/00153/2017).

What are your rights when you provide us with your data?

Any person has the right to obtain confirmation whether we are handling personal data which concerns you or not at FUNDACIÓN SAN PATRICIO.
