INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content located in the Portal, text, images, trademarks, graphics, logos, buttons, software files, color combinations, as well as the structure, selection, ordering and presentation of its contents is protected by laws On Intellectual and Industrial Property and are owned by the San Patricio School, except in cases where specifically stated otherwise. Therefore, the copying, reproduction, distribution, dissemination or public communication by electronic means or of any other type, without written authorization of the School of San Patricio is forbidden.

JURISDICTION
The present conditions are subject to the current Spanish legislation. For any type of controversy arising from the use of the services offered or the contents of the portal, the parties, with the acceptance of these Conditions, will be submitted to the Courts and Courts of the town of Madrid (Spain).
